A flat rate of €800 is added on to any of our existing packages; this amount will cover all travel and accommodation expenses, no matter where in Europe you plan to get married. This ensures that we can consistently maintain our high standards of service while also being able to focus on capturing every beautiful moment of your wedding day. We understand that equipment issues can be a concern, so we come fully prepared. We bring at least four cameras, including one backup, to ensure we’re ready for any situation. Additionally, we use dual memory cards in each camera, which means your images and video are recorded simultaneously on two separate cards for added security. This way, even if a camera were to malfunction, we have multiple backups to ensure nothing is lost.

We are fluent in Swedish and English. Additionally, Karolina is fluent in Russian, so we can accommodate your needs in any of these languages.

The ratio for delivery is typically around 30% black and white and 70% in color. But special arrangements can be made upon requests

We currently live in Sweden, about an hour from Stockholm, but are available worldwide for work.

Yes, to secure your special day with us, we kindly ask for a 30% upfront deposit when you book us for our services.

This deposit is a part of the total cost and ensures that your date is reserved exclusively for you. The remaining balance will be due according to the terms outlined in our contract. If you have any questions about the payment schedule or need further details, feel free to ask!

We dress professionally and appropriately for your event, we want our attire to complement the atmosphere of your wedding while maintaining a polished and sophisticated appearance. Typically, we wear semi-formal outfits to blend with your guests, respecting the dress code of your celebration. Our goal is to blend in and not draw attention to ourselves.

We understand that weddings don’t always run on schedule. And we’re happy to stay longer to capture those important moments without any additional charge, as long as it is within reason.

We always aim to be flexible and ensure that no special moments are missed. However, for significantly extended coverage, we can discuss options to make sure everything is covered smoothly.

You will receive your delivery between 6-8 weeks after your wedding day.

A few days after the wedding, we will send over 15-20 sneak peek photos.
